Alongside my change management consulting business, I run a nonprofit network that connects people in addiction recovery with organic gardening. I provide a Principles-based wrap-around service that helps the participants uncover how the mind works and apply what they see to their own healing process–as they learn to tend the soil and grow food. The initiative is just beginning and I welcome meeting others who feel they share a connection with recovery and/or gardening.

My background
I’ve been in the business world for over 20 years and it always troubled me how poorly we understood people side of running big projects. In my desire to fix this, I spent 10 years becoming a master coach and attending every training on the planet! I was introduced to the Three Principles in 2007. My training at Santa Clara County’s Division of Drug and Alcohol Services impacted me particularly deeply–uncovering the missing piece I had been looking to bring to business. I’ve also been privileged to be a consultant with Insight Principles Inc., senior faculty on Michael Neill’s Supercoach Academy, staff and a board member at the Center for Sustainable Change and have written two books over many rich years of learning (that continue today).

After spending most of my adult life in Europe (dual UK/US citizen) I now live in San Diego, California with 4 generations of my family all in close proximity: my mother Joline, my daughter Magali and my new grandson Emanuel. What a blessing.
