Because the site is developed to encourage sharing experiences and opinions, videos made while on the site or posted to the site by Visitors and Users and comments made on the site become the property of CSC. CSC, will, however, gladly remove and erase personal information, videos or comments upon request by the individual who created the video or comment.

Comment Function on the Website
If a website Visitor or User leaves a comment on the website, the comments are also stored and published, along with the date of the commentary and the user’s name or chosen pseudonym. Also, the IP address assigned by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to the User is also documented. Storing this IP address occurs for security reasons, and in case the Visitor or User violates the rights of other parties, or posts illegal content. The storage of these personal data is in the interest of CSC so CSC can exonerate the Visitor or Useror be exonerated in the event of any infringement. These collected data will not be passed to third parties, unless such a transfer is required by law or is needed in defense of CSC.
Tracking of Email Communication
The CSC newsletter and some emails contain something called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic embedded in emails, which are sent in HTML format to enable log file recording and analysis. This allows a statistical analysis of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns. Based on the embedded tracking pixel, CSC can see if and when an email was opened by a user, and which links in the email the User followed. This information collected in the tracking pixels contained in emails and newsletters is stored and analyzed by CSC in order to evaluate interests of recipients in all or parts of the our communication or newsletter, as well as to guide content development in future newsletters and emails. This tracking will not be shared with any third parties.
